Returns
Defected Click's by CA™ Product can only be returned to us within 7-DAYS after receiving it and not after. This is why it is important for customers to double check their designs before making the payment on our website. As of now, we do not provide payment refunds.

Please take note that only these issues listed below are entitled for an exchange for a new Click's by CA™ Shirts:
1. Defect on the Click's by CA™ Products.
2. Wrong Name/Number/Pattern/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.

Issues that are listed below on the other hand, cannot be returned to us for a new Click's by CA™ Shirts:
1. Defected Click's by CA™ Shirts that has been washed.
2. Defected Click's by CA™ Shirts that hasn’t been returned to us within 7-DAYS after receiving it.
Wrong Name/Number/Pattern/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour due to errors* made before confirming your payment.

(*Typing errors on the name and number, accidentally clicking on a wrong size etc. while ordering)
