Most of the product like t-shirts will be ship out in 7-10 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays).

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.

After placing your order, an Order Confirmation email with your Order Number will be sent to your E-mail.

Please allow 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for processing.

If you do not receive a Tracking Number after this period, kindly contact our customer service via Instagram @cccstudio.official, and provide your Order Number for us to check.

Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity. 

Below are the type of issues that entitled for an exchange for a new product:

1. Defect on the product.
2. Wrong Word/Number/Graphic/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.

Items must be returned unwashed and with all tags attached.

Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.

However, no exchange for defected item is allowed after 7 days’ period.
